Swimming can simply be defined as the sport or activity of propelling oneself through water using the limbs. Whether being done for sport or for recreation, studies show it is the best form of exercise for the body. The action of swimming dates back for centuries and is healthy activity that cuts through boundaries such age and physical disabilities. There are numerous types of exercises but when evaluating them all, it is easy to see why swimming is the best exercise.
